Our Commercial and Residential Services include but are not limited to: General Carpet Cleaning This uses our 500 psi carpet extractor. Some companies may use 100 psi, 200 psi, or even 250 psi, but we use 500 psi. That's the highest in the industry. 210 degrees F extraction solution (also known as steam cleaning). We all know that hot water cleans better than cold. Our 2000 Watt heater definitely gets the job done. We also minimize drying time with our dual 3 stage HP, 200 C.F.M. vacuum motors. That way the water is in our machine, not in your floor. Upholstery Care Dirty Couches, Chairs, and Rugs are a thing of the past. We use the same high pressure steam cleaning method to put life into your furniture and rugs again. Automotive carpets and upholstery are not a problem. This includes busses, rv's, motor homes, boats, and airplanes. (We do not do headliners). Stain Removal Our enzyme prespray is a super concentrated blend of cleaners and an enzyme system that quickly cuts through and digests oil, greasy protein stains, body oils, food residues, milk, grass stains and blood. Effective in restaurants, kitchens, on traffic lanes and synthetic upholstery. Our rinse aid neutralizes and removes alkalinity from carpet and water cleanable upholstery and eliminates bio-matter odor, including but not limited to: urine, vomit, spoiled foods, decomposed animals, animal waste, and more... We can remove tar, lipstick, gum, glue, adhesive, scuff marks, shoe polish, and candle wax. We can remove food and drink dye stains. We can remove rust stains. We can remove ink stains. Carpet & Upholstery Protection After a deep clean, add stain protection to keep it looking new, longer. We offer Scotchgard and Dupont Teflon. Both will repel soil and spills making dirt easier to vacuum and increasing the life of your carpet and upholstery. Water Extraction If you have pipes that have busted, a leaky hot water heater, or water on your carpets for any reason, we will be glad to come and help with the clean up and get those floors dry again. Flexability We are able to go anywhere at anytime. We have high-end portable machines so those 5 story buildings are no problem. And no more need to leave doors open with hoses stretched through them from outside.
